Which exercise can relieve neck pain?
Neck pain, also known as cervical pain, refers to a sharp or dull pain in the neck, shoulder and nearby muscles. It will bring you lots of discomfort and make it hard for you to move your head.
The main cause of neck pain is muscle strain, and there is a simple neck exercise that helps relieve your pain.
This neck exercise can stretch and strengthen the muscles of your neck and you can do it at home or in your office.
- Rotate your neck in a circular slowly in both clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.
- Slowly move your neck back and forth and then from side to side.
- Repeat the exercises three times a day.
However, if the exercises produce severe pain in the neck, stop doing and consult your doctor.
