Bradycardia means that the heart rate is slower than normal.

The adult heart usually beats 60 to 100 times a minute during breaks.

If you have bradycardia, your heart beats no more than 60 times a minute.

If the heart can’t pump enough oxygenated blood, bradycardia can be a serious problem.

However, for some people, bradycardia does not cause symptoms or complications.

Symptoms.

If you have bradycardia, your brain and other organs do not get enough oxygen, which can lead to the following symptoms:
