Pelvic inflammatory disease is also called PID. It is an infection of organs of a woman’s reproductive system. Sexually transmitted infection is the common cause of PID. PID may not have any symptom at early stage, but as the condition becomes worse, following symptoms may appear:
- Pain in lower belly and pelvis.
- Unpleasant odor from vagina.
- Bleeding between periods.
- Pain during sex.
- Fever.
- Chills.
- Pain during pee.
