The causes of Vitamin D deficiency include low intake of Vitamin D from your diet, less exposure to sunlight, dark skin, certain medical problems, including Crohn’s disease, cystic fibrosis, and celiac disease, obesity, kidney problems.
Vitamin D excess
Getting too much vitamin D may have some side effects including dehydration, irritability, appetite loss, anorexia, muscle pain and/or weakness, chronic fatigue, constipation, vomiting and eye soreness.
