Is Rash a Symptom of RHD?

My daughter has some strange-shaped rash on her body. She has RHD. Can the rash be a symptom of RHD?

Rheumatic heart disease is the result of one single severe or recurrent rheumatic fever. One of the significant symptoms of rheumatic fever is rash. The rash is usually red or pink, raised, lattice-like with odd edges. It’s often seen on the trunk of the body, such as the chest, back and abdomen, or arms and legs.
