Actually they are different. OCD refers to obsessive-compulsive disorder; while personality disorder has many subtypes and one of them is obsessive-compulsive personality disorder.

It refers to the desire to control others or situations. It seems that you need to do everything yourself and you are particular about others.

By contrast, OCD means you are likely to do a particular thing repeatedly in a row.
