I have got many free diabetes log sheets this week and I am gonna to take some logs, how do you guys keep it? and does it help?
Sure. I have written my fifth diabetes log book.
Generally, I record my weight, diet and exercise time every day. On a week basis, I keep updating my blood sugar levels. Also, my medication and exact dose and the feeling after taking medicines are all shown in my diabetes log book.
On the one hand, I can look back on my self-management and readjust according to the overall situation. On the other hand, I always make a copy of those record and give it to my doctor.
As far as I’m concerned, it’s simple but effective.
