Eating a diet based on your blood type can help you to digest food more efficiently, have more energy, lose weight and prevent other diseases.

People with Type A blood

A meat-free diet based on more fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, and whole grains.

People with Type B blood

A diet with more green vegetables, eggs, certain meats, and low-fat dairy, but avoid corn, wheat, chicken, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, and sesame seeds.
