Acne means thick red, often purulent pustules on the skin, especially on the face, on the chest and back. Hormonal changes is a major risk factor, especially during puberty or menopause, when the sebaceous glands of the skin produce more sebum than usual. They clog more easily, become inflamed and become pimples.

A visit to a doctor is recommended for pronounced acne and especially if you personally suffer greatly.

Mix 20 grams of shepherd’s purse with 15 grams of pansy, ten grams of elderberry and five grams of well-being. Brew one tablespoon of this mixture with one quarter liter of boiling water, infuse for ten minutes, strain and drink three cups daily.

or

Prepare a tea of ten grams of guaiac wood and five grams of pansy, fumitory, juniper wood, burdock root, liquorice root, honorary prize and marigold.
Brew one tablespoon of this mixture with a quarter liter of boiling water, infuse for ten minutes and strain. Drink half a cup twice a day.
