Heart Attack Symptoms in Women-What Are They?

Here are the top five heart attack symptoms common in women:

1.Chest pain or discomfort.
Uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of your chest. It lasts more than a few minutes, or goes away and comes back.

2.Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
For women, this type of pain or discomfort can be hard to describe. Most people will describe it as typical or unexplained.

3. Shortness of breath, nausea, or lightheadedness.
Shortness of breath out of no reason, don’t ignore the possibility of a heart attack.

4.Sweating.
Breaking out in a nervous, cold sweat is usually a typical symptom for women.

5. Fatigue.
A tiredness in the chest that makes you cannot move or do simple activities.

Not everyone gets all of those symptoms. But if you have those discomfort feelings, call 911 immediately.
