GFR and Polycarbonate

Q:
GFR and polycarbonate

A:
GFR (Glomerular filtration rate) is the best test for measuring the level of kidney function and determining the stage of kidney disease. It can be calculated from the results of your blood creatinine test, your age, body size and gender. Low GFR shows that your kidneys are not working as well as they should.

Polycarbonates (PC) are a group of thermoplastic polymers containing carbonate groups in their chemical structures. Polycarbonates used in engineering are strong, tough materials, they are easily worked, molded, and thermoformed. Polycarbonate is a durable material, it can be used as electronic components, data storage, construction materials, automotive, aircraft components, etc.
