Foods spicy and salty may cause digestive tract discomfort, such as reflux or constipation. The discomfort of stomach may disturb your sleep. Furthermore, people often get too much when eating spicy and salty foods, and post-dinner time is not the time for burning calories to most of people, so eating too much at dinner causes fat accumulation.
