Angina – Homemade Tea For Prevention

If the coronary arteries are damaged by calcium deposits, an attack of angina pectoris can result from stress, excitement, large meals, strenuous exercise and coldness.

The affected person has the feeling of wearing a tight ring around his chest, gets anxiety, shortness of breath. The pain can radiate to the arm, jaw and back.

Angina is an emergency.


To prevent angina pectoris, you should avoid animal fats and eat low fat diet.

Fresh garlic and dry, unsulphured apricots strengthen the vessels.

Smoking should be avoided all the time.

Another preventive measure is the daily intake of the following tea:

Mix 10 grams of coltsfoot, arnica, valerian, garden rhubarb, lemon balm, rosemary and hawthorn and add two tablespoons of this mixture to half a liter of boiling water, infuse for a few minutes and strain.

Sweet with honey and drink several times a day a few times a day.
